What do you need to bring to apply?

• full names for all household members

• social security numbers for all household members

• ID for person applying

• proof of all income

• verification of all resources (bank accounts, 401K, vehicles, etc.)

• proof of shelter expenses

• proof of utility expenses

• other information may be required, depending on the situation
